A large commercially focused Public Services organisation in Birmingham, who are currently undergoing a significant period of change and transformation.

Your new role
A Senior HR Business Partner role advising defined areas of the organisation on people management and complex employee relations casework. The HRBP will support the business areas to achieve business objectives, maximise performance, manage change and drive employee engagement. You will coach managers and manage HR based projects. The role is a temporary role for 2-3 months initially.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established HR Business Partner with previous business partnering from within a large and complex organisation. You will be commercially minded, have great relationship management skills and be solutions focused.
