We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner – Projects to join our busy, friendly and progressive HR Business Partner Team within our People and Culture Directorate.
The successful candidate will be a senior member of the HR Business Partner team, and you will be responsible for delivering key projects that align to our Trust’s Health and Wellbeing strategy. You will also be responsible for delivering against other key projects and work streams that align to the People and Culture wider strategy.
In order to achieve this, Trust wide engagement and effective communication is an important aspect of this role, as well as a proactive and innovative approach to progressing against a number of important objectives. This will include data analysis and designing proposals that take into account budgetary considerations and the impact to our people and teams.
As a senior member of the HR Business Partner team, you will be required to support complex organisational change programmes which engage and support the staff affected.
At times, you may be required to ensure an effective and efficient employee relations service, advising managers and investigating officers appropriately on policy, employment law and process to ensure outcomes that are both timely, supportive and which protect the organisation, our people and patients.
You should have a CIPD qualification Level 5, or be working towards this qualification as well as having evidence of continuing professional and personal development and have a full UK driving license.
