Senior HR Advisor - Telford - up to £35,000
Our client is a market leading organisation who are experiencing a period of acquisition and growth. Due to this they are now looking for an experienced and ideally CIPD qualified Senior HR Advisor to support a key operational site in Telford.
Reporting through to an off-site HRD, the HR Senior HR Advisor will operate in a stand alone capacity to support the senior leadership team on-site with many aspects of operational and strategic HR. You'll be supported by colleagues in the HR Shared Service team and within L&D, but will lead on all site level recruitment, ER and engagement.
Recruitment activities could be supporting managers with interviews or helping to organise and attend assessment events for more volumous positions. As HR manager you'll support on complex and difficult ER issues as well as spending time coaching, advising and support managers as they pick up lower level issues. You'll lead on site level engagement initiatives and will get a chance to support on a number of project pieces too that will be part of the overall UK HR strategy - this could include anything from policy updates through to HR systems upgrades.
As a fairly new site you'll be instrumental in helping the leadership team organise and prioritise and will lead on all people aspects for the site. It is anticipated you'll have a broad generalist background and can demonstrate a mixture of operational and strategic HR. As part of the site leadership team it's expected you have the strength of character to influence and persuade and deliver excellent communications across all levels.
