An Excellent job opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor who wants to be part of an HR team, working in a true generalist role, in a team where you can develop and learn, the HR Director has recently joined the organisation and comes with lots of energy and passion for HR. This organisation will financially support CIPD study and can offer a flexible start and finish time, free parking on-site, 33 days holiday + bank holidays and an employer pension contribution of 14%.
Your new role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will report to the HR director and will be responsible for all generalist HR duties including: Recruitment co-ordination, updating HR policies and procedures, managing sickness absence, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances, managing HR projects including GDPR and Equality and Diversity, delivering HR best practice coaching and training and checking Payroll and applying Payroll deductions.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at Senior HR Advisor level, you will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent or studying towards, you will ideally have experience checking Payroll and calculating deductions and experience in the Public Sector would be advantageous.
