Your new role
This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months, you will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for ER issues on site. These will vary in complexity and case loads will vary from 1 week to the next. You will be responsible for all grievance and absence issues coaching and mentoring line manger where relevant. In addition you will pick up flexible working requests, assist in diversity training and support engagement initiatives,
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a true generalist with a wealth if ER experience gained within a fast paced environment. You must be available to start at the end of March and be able to hit the ground running in a new role
