There is a great opportunity for the right person to work as the Senior HR Adviser in a busy role. The role is to start immediately for approx 8 weeks, paying £16.92 - £17.94per hour.

This role is a highly visible, business-focused, operational HR role, delivering HR services to underpin the University's objectives.

This role is responsible for the delivery of HR advice to the University's business Units as well as providing a comprehensive, customer focused HR service to customers, which adds value to the business. It will provide consistent and pragmatic professional advice on the application of HR policies, investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, and change processes. It will also support managers in diagnosing and resolving casework issues offering appropriate professional support and advice, striving for best practice.

You will need to be;
A people person, able to pick up and run with a problem and learn on the job.

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) (A)
• GCSE ‘C’ or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
• A relevant qualification in the field of HR or management at least at certificate level or equivalent
