An Educational Charity in the Camberley area is seeking an experienced senior HR Advisor to manage their on site HR function.  Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Services with a salary of £32,000.

You will:
-Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the charity, including resource planning, recruitment, training, pensions, appraisals, sickness & absence, and disciplinary action
- Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
- Advise all managers regarding HR best practice
- Develop, deliver and arrange delivery of training plans and perform continuous evaluation of all training
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Group regarding succession planning
- Ensure the HR system is up-to-date and accurate
- Provide pastoral support and advice to employees
- Perform designated Safeguarding Officer responsibilities
- Perform other duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will:
- Have CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management and Development
- Have line manager experience and be able to quickly establish credibility and respect
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
