Cameron James is keen to hear from HR Advisors who are available to join a leading professional services client close to the city centre of Leeds to cover for a 12 months fixed term contract.
We are keen to hear from experienced HR Advisors who enjoy delivering high quality advisory services and thrive working within a professional services environment.
Operationally you will provide day to day support to the Head Office function in Leeds and support the network of offices around the UK, with occasional travel included.
Supporting recruitment drives and future talent pipelining.
Advising managers and staff on policy, processes and best practice.
Coaching, mentoring and up skilling Manager to delivering training and development.
This is a varied role with involvement with all aspect of HR from recruitment, induction, advise, development and require your insight and creative input into the organisations long term business goals.

You will have a recent HR advisor generalist experience and ideally have worked within the professional services sector. You will also enjoy dealing with the full HR lifecycle and have flexibility to travel to other locations.
You will also enjoy a completion bonus for working the entire 12 months.
