A privately owned construction business based in west sussex are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team of 4 to deliver a proactive and flexible HR service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation.
To ensure optimum service delivery, mentoring and providing guidance to the business as appropriate. To oversee day to day activities of the HR Assistant and HR Administrator.
In collaboration with Group Head of HR you will strive for efficiency, whilst continuously improving delivery of HR services, to line managers and all employees, including supporting line managers in all matters relating to HR such as:Terms and conditions of employment, Absence Management, Flexible working requests and any other HR issues as they arise, whilst ensuring that all matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements.
It is essential you ensure critical annual HR processes are executed on time e.g. Salary reviews, Performance Development Reviews, by collating documentation and assisting managers with the process
