Location: Grimsby
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Hours: 36 hours (1 week), 40 hours (2nd week), 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Position: Senior Healthcare Assistant - Days

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant (Senior HCA) to provide high-quality care to residents in our Residential Home in Grimsby. The ideal candidate will have senior healthcare experience, medication training, and a passion for improving residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal, emotional, and medical support to residents.

• Lead and supervise healthcare assistants, ensuring top care standards.

• Administer medication and maintain accurate records.

• Review care plans and assist residents in daily activities.

• Promote resident independence and encourage social engagement.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and CQC guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

• Medication trained with experience in medication administration.

• Previous senior healthcare experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work shifts, flexible and reliable.
