Senior Games Developer – C# / C++ - London - £65k

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Games Developer to join one the UK’s largest independent gaming development companies based in Central London.

The successful candidate needs to have exceptional technical skills and the ability to lead a team whilst working closely with stakeholders to fulfil the client’s strategic technical goals.

Working closely with the Games Director the successful candidate will have the responsibility for the technical strategy and execution of projects from there conception to market.

A salary of up to £65,000 is available for the right candidate, along with the ability to use the latest technologies to design and developer market leading games.

Required responsibilities / skills:

  • Excellent programming skills in C# and C++
  • Previous experience in a games studio or working in a commercial environment with a large development team
  • Experience with using Unity
  • Git & Perforce experience
  • Experience leading a team or project in programming for consoles
  • Knowledge of modern graphics programming (Cg / HLSL)
  • Skills in scripting languages (JavaScript / Python)
