Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

It is therefore important we provide this information through our reporting and analysis team.

This exciting opportunity as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is to design, implement and deliver a new B2B reporting tool, incorporating new customer and product reporting information. You will ensure a consistent and high quality of reporting & analysis including written commentary with clear understanding of the business dynamics. The Senior Finance Reporting Analyst will also coordinate the B2B budget and Mid Term Plan (MTP) process, and will act as deputy for European Reporting & Analysis Manager B2B as and when required

As the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, your key responsibilities will be;

  • Designing and implementing a new B2B reporting framework incorporating new customer and product reporting

  • Delivering monthly B2B financial reporting packs and financial presentations to senior management including written commentary

  • Ensuring high quality commentary through a detailed understanding of the B2B business and close cooperation with the B2B Business controllers

  • Providing additional, regular ad-hoc reporting & analysis service to B2B management

  • Coordinating the B2B process for budgets & forecasts and MTP and ensure timely and effective delivery

  • Being the key contact role for B2B Business Controllers, ensuring the timely availability of adequate reporting by business area

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent system of reporting definitions and calculation methods

In order to be successful in this role as the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will have;

  • Previous, demonstrable experience in a financial reporting & analysis role.

  • Success of working within a complex, high volume data and numerical environment

  • Passion and motivation for reporting & analysis and the ability to align with business in a complex environment

  • The ability to manage time, work to tight deadlines, prioritise and adapt to changing requirements, and dealing with distractions

  • Demonstrated high calibre financial understanding and capability, with a clear commercial awareness

  • Previously worked in an outcome/output focused environment whilst remaining self-motivated to achieve desired results, whilst also being flexible and enthusiastic.

We would like you to have the following;

  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or similar

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, building and strengthening relationships with the business at all levels

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to bridge financial knowledge-gaps.

  • Ability to clearly communicate, present & deliver information at all levels and ability to converse within multicultural & international environment
