My client, a well-established and reputable wealth management practice have a fantastic opportunity to join them as a Senior Financial Administrator.

Salary £21,000 - £24,000 (negotiable) depending on experienced.

My clients offer study leave as well as financial and study support in seeking new qualifications as well as a clear path into Paraplanning and/or advice.

The Role

working as a Financial Planning Administrator you will provide market leading administrative and compliance support to Directors/ Consultants and external clientele, including market research, report production, client liaison, valuations, analytic data and calculations.

You will ensure all administration is undertaken to the highest standards and conducted in accordance with the requirements of the FCA and the firm’s procedures and precedents, (including in particular its procedures for Compliance, Training and Competence, Combating Money Laundering, the handling of Complaints and Treating Customers Fairly)

. To maintain compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the relevant FSA rules at all times.

. To maintain compliance with the relevant Compliance TCF, T&C, financial crime and Anti-Money Laundering Procedures at all times.

. To follow appropriate ethical standards within the firm at all times.

. To ensure that all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.

. To ensure that all supporting documentation is maintained in line with company procedures.

. To maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm.
