Senior Financial Planning Administrator - Team Lead
Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator seeking a new challenge and the chance to step into a leadership role? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Planner with a clear pathway to become Head of Account Management within 12-18 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality financial planning advice and client service.
- Assist in managing the account management team, supporting operational excellence.
- Mentor and train junior team members, helping them to integrate and grow.
- Manage client documentation and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
- Support new business processing, including fund switches and transfers.
About You:
- Strong background in financial planning, with a desire to step into a leadership role.
- Experience in mentoring or management duties is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- A team player with the ability to take initiative and manage workloads effectively.
