Top City Law firm seeks a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to provide technical management and support for all Practice Management Systems. A pivotal role within the department.
Responsible for the management, maintenance and technical ownership of all practice management systems, SQL environment and related customisations and integrations.
Successful candidate will have full responsibility for dealing with escalated 3rd line support calls, database and application support, as well as analysis and implementing technical changes to any practice management systems/new systems.
Ongoing projects will include
- Aderant Framework Billing module implementation. Reviewing the billing process for business requirements
- This role will be pivotal in helping asses the direction the firm should take and driving the changes that may be required in regards to reporting enhancements and business approach.
Ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem solving abilities with excellent commercial awareness. You must be proficient in SQL Aderant would be highly advantageous.
You must have experience of managing technical support functions and technical projects within the Legal or Professional Services industry.
