You can expect the role to be approximately 70% advice, 30% management, which will include 1-to-1s with the Advisers and distributing leads from head office and professional introducers among the team. There will be Paraplanner and Administrators in the office, though you won't be responsible for managing them. Re. advising, you'll be expected to bring some of your own clients, or at least introducers if you have a covenant, but there will be leads as well, from head office regularly generating quality leads via their BD team, and via national joint ventures with a top accountancy practice and insurance firm.
Salary is likely to be around the £75k - £85k mark with generous benefits and realistic earnings potential of around £100k - £110k.
