New business is the hardest part of the job. And a lot of firms leave it all to the adviser.

Not this one.

This company employs a dedicated business development manager to open doors for you. They’ll provide leads that you can go in and convert. And their remit is to grow an appointment setting team. Which will yield more leads, more clients, and bigger billing.

You’ll also have an existing client portfolio to service. Loyal clients who will refer you to others. Clients who will do new business with you. Provide opportunities for working with different generations of the same family.

Not that you’re the type to leave it to others. You’re an experienced planner who has built introducer arrangements in the past. Someone who has benefited from referrals throughout their career. With your strong track record and technical expertise, you’ll be in a position to add to what the company provides.

You’ll have the support of a well-trained team of administrators and paraplanners. You’ll have the support of the business. But this is a light touch environment. You know what you need to be doing and the management will trust you to get on with it.

Alongside benefiting from clients and leads, you’ll be well rewarded for your efforts. Salaries will be between £55,000 and £70,000 and this is an opportunity to earn six-figures.

Whilst a Hertfordshire based firm clients live across North London and The Home Counties. Advisers in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire will have clients in their local area.
