A top 50 law firm are looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to provide technical management and support for all Practice Management Systems, acting as a key person for Finance & IT.
As the Senior Finance Systems Analyst you will be responsible for the management, maintenance and technical ownership of all practice management systems, their SQL environment and their related customisations and integrations.
Furthermore, you will have full responsibility for dealing with escalated 3rd line support calls, database and application support, as well as analysis and implementing technical changes to any practice management systems/new systems.
As the Senior Finance Systems Analyst you will also be involved in a number of projects which will include -
- Aderant Framework Billing module implementation. Reviewing the billing process for business requirements and re visioning the approach to match the new modules functionality to an improved billing process
- This role will be pivotal in helping asses the direction the firm should take and driving the changes that may be required in regards to reporting enhancements and matter inception approach.
- Collections software review - Incumbent Platform of ARCS needs to be reviewed for suitability to process and either upgraded to latest iteration or replaced with appropriate alternative
Furthermore, you will manage projects which will involve resourcing, pilot, roll-out, analysing cost and reviewing performance, as well as ensuring everyone uses the project methodology for all projects.
To be successful in this Senior Finance Systems Analyst role you must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be self-motivated with a keen attention to detail. You must have proven analytical and problem solving abilities with excellent commercial awareness. You must be proficient in SQL (related products e.g.SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) and experience of using Aderant would be highly advantageous.
You must have experience of managing a technical support function and technical projects within the professional services industry and ideally you will be MSCE certified (other Microsoft certification.)
