Senior Finance Business Partner, based in West Sussex, paying up to £75k plus car allowance
Your new company
You will be working for a large, innovative company who is a leader in their field, employing over 25,000 people in the UK. You will work closely with the Commercial Finance Director (CFD) to provide commercial and financial support.
Your new role
Key responsibilities will include production of timely and accurate monthly management reports and accounts, owning the understanding of variances and trends to ensure suitable action is taken, managing the preparation of budgets and forecasts, developing key performance indicators and variance analysis to inform and develop performance and strategic direction, and supporting the CFD in driving commercial decisions, including new business pricing policy and assistance with tenders. You will also line manage the Business Partner and Business Analysts, and deputise for the CFD where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with strong operational and commercial finance focused post-qualification experience. You will have the gravitas to communicate well with senior and operational management with the ability to explain complex financial matters to non-finance personnel.
