We are the largest landlord group in the North East, owning and managing almost 34,000 homes in an area spanning North Tyneside to York, with the majority of properties in the Tees Valley. We have plans to build at least 2,000 new homes over the next five years, as well as investing over £100m in improving the homes we manage. By doing this, we will make a major contribution to the regeneration of the Tees Valley to support the local economy.

We are seeking individuals who share our values to ensure effective financial services and project support to Directors and Senior Managers when considering the financial implications of major projects. This role will see you as the lead finance project resource for all improvement and change projects; you will have significant involvement and impact regarding change within Thirteen. You will have direct involvement with the annual strategic financial plan in addition to designing appraisal modelling and financial reporting.

The person

The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following:
*CCAB qualified or equivalent essential
*Experience in project end to end work
*Strong communication and collaboration skills
*Proven skill in the identification of need, analysis of date and build of solutions
*Proven skill and experience in collating, recording and analysing information
