Your new role

Your new role is for a Senior Facilities Manager working from their Bristol office but covering numerous sites. You will be responsible to provide a high standard of property and facilities operational management as well as build and develop the current business relationships. You will be required to Project manage and coordinate any work from sub-contractors. You will also be taking the lead on Health and Safety for the company as well as improving best practices across the firm. You will be working closely with the operational management team as well as clients, sub-contractors and others.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in your new role you need to have previous experience working on large multi sites and be confident dealing with a wide variety of clients and colleagues. Have previous experience working within a professional environment. Your knowledge of Procurement and contract negotiations as well as dealing with service level agreements. Experience working to ISO9001 and ISO 270001 standards. Your strong people skills will be essential in this role and will require good written and verbal skills. Knowledge of Health and Safety is also required and you will need to hold a relevant qualification e.g. NEBOSH.

What you'll get in return

In return for all your hard work you will receive a salary between £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. You will also receive 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays you will also receive a company pension and have full access to their optional benefits. Whilst working there you will be supported fully in your role and be able to undertake any training that maybe required.
