Recruitment Consultant - Senior Practice Lead - Technology

- Develop an intimate understanding of the sector’s focus and the potential interim consultancy solutions that are applicable
- Development and ownership of the target sector growth strategy and plans
- Develop a network of relationships with senior Interim Executives within the sector
- Articulate to prospective clients how our client can transform their business
- Grow existing client accounts, identifying and execution of sell-on opportunities
- Develop thought leadership and key marketing messages relevant to the sector
- Support the AD on building the foundations
- Maintain world class data in their cloud based CRM
- Deliver positive and memorable customer experience
Leadership of Client Delivery:
- Taking ultimate responsibility for delivery excellence and exceeding customer expectations within the Interim division
- Work with clients to develop hiring strategies and refocus the organisation on making that strategy a reality that solves business problems
- Generate breakthrough ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve client problems Proactive assessment and management of client relationships to ensure all members of the delivery team are delivering excellently
- Billing revenue to a level that delivers a positive profit contribution to the Group

- Circa 3 years plus as senior recruiter in the IT or Technology market, or a solid business developer with strong IT and technology business awareness
