MARKETING AND E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE FOR LUXURY BRAND
Marketing and e-commerce/website maintenance role on a full-time basis for a luxury interiors company. Working with furniture and decorative interiors products based out of a prestigious new showroom in Chelsea SW10. Retail Sales and Interior Design are the core businesses. Competent and creative running of campaigns and creative marketing opportunities within this role will be expected. Sales across both B2B and B2C categories. In addition, an active and engaged contribution to the maintenance and updates of the website is required.
This role reports to both the Creative Director and Business owner.
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
2. Social Media Optimization (SMO)
3. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
5. Pay Per Click (PPC)
Weekly and monthly performance reporting of the site and correlated digital marketing activity, focusing on traffic, engagement, conversion and sales.
Identify ways to drive traffic, conversion, customer retention and overall online improvements.
Email marketing performance reporting.
Constant monitoring of the eCommerce industry best practice and strategy planning.
Evidence of having delivered significant revenue growth for another online retailer, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle sector.
Strong analytical and commercial approach, able to take insights from digital platforms and evaluate these to make recommendations to the business.
Exceptional grasp of key eCommerce tactics, Content Management and Analytics technologies, Digital Social and Search as well as CRM practices and principles.
Particularly strong knowledge of PPC and SEO / SEM.
Some previous experience with luxury brands ideally furniture or homewares is essential.
Knowledge of the furniture market is also preferred but not essential. (High End Furniture)
Deliver an exceptional user experience.
Help to maintain a consistent visual message and "tone of voice" across all campaigns.
Be able to create original, stylish and professional content as well as make budget-conscious decisions.
Be flexible and sometimes available for projects at short notice including weekends.
Understand the importance of punctual responses and reliable scheduling of campaigns.
Show awareness of current trends in fashion & design and some knowledge of design history.
Have the knowledge of developing our website and maintain it throughout the marketing.
