Senior Events Coordinator - EMEA

The Role

Use your event management experience to plan, organise and coordinate events and incentives for up to 20,000 delegates. Supported by an Events Coordinator and assisting the Events Manager, you will compile RFPs, prepare presentations, manage the on-line hotel/flight booking process, analyse event statistics and organise everything in-between. You will ultimately help ensure that our event logistics are seamless - and when the unplanned happens you know how to work calmly to get things back on track.

You will get involved in venue research and site selection, compile staff and distributor rooming lists and transportation schedules as well as coordinate with suppliers. You will find yourself sourcing giveaways, placing product orders and much more as you develop your skills in this challenging role.

Requirements

A college of university graduate, you will have event management experience and are used to working with large groups of multi-national delegates. Comfortable juggling a wide range of responsibilities, you are a skilled negotiator, financially astute budget manager and confident written and verbal communicator - and you’re now looking to step up into a role that will challenge all those skills.

Fluency in English is essential and the ability to speak additional languages is highly desirable.
