A Senior Estimator job in Lancashire paying £50k + package for one of the regions busiest main contractors
Your new company
You will join an expanding and well established main contractor based within Lancashire who specialises within new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, education & healthcare schemes up to £10m. Operating within the North West they have built excellent relationships and have a strong pipeline of work for 2018.
Your new role
You will report to the managing estimator and you will be responsible for preparing budget/cost estimates, tenders and bid proposals for various types of commercial construction jobs. You will build effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be working as an estimator within the construction sector, ideally from a main contractor however they are open to background and experience. You will have experience working on estimating packages (Conquest or Causeway) and you will also have strong commercial awareness and commitment to achieving deadlines.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Package + Pension Package & excellent holiday allowance.
