Are you an Estimator from a Construction / M&E background looking for a technically challenging position where you will be the go-to expert within a well-established premium construction company that work on varied projects and offer a clear progression pathway to Estimating Manager?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join a high-end, market-leading construction company within London and the South East that cover a broad range of industries including healthcare, education, heritage and residential construction projects.

In this varied role you will play a key part in the success of the business, your responsibilities will include onsite visits, pricing and generating estimates based on technical drawings, producing quotes and liaising closely with the design team, senior management and clients.

This role would suit an Estimator or similar from a Construction / M&E background looking for a varied role where you will work on bespoke construction projects within a company offering a clear progression pathway to Estimating Manager.
