Rare Senior Employment Opportunity - York, 4+ PQE to Senior
Excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a Legal 500 Employment team, advising largely business clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Matters will include senior executive issues (including negotiating appointments and exits), dealing with Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish, civil court and appeal litigation, redundancies, integration and TUPE. In addition, the role will include the typical day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/ paternity/ family leave issues and work time questions.
To be suitable for this role, you must be confident of running your own caseload and also enjoy networking and business development.
