Senior Electronics Engineer - Client Facing Consultation - Cambridge
An award-winning engineering company are currently in need of a Senior Electronics Engineer who has the ability to be client facing with their clients to obtain customers needs and map out the design plans for brand new industry defining technologies.
You will be based in Cambridge and the majority of your client facing meeting will be happening on site, so you can have access to the labs and the teams of engineers who will help you deliver on new inventions.
We are looking for people who have been instrumental in the development of brand-new complex technologies, this could be for a range of different sectors as long as they have been highly regulated like aerospace, medical devices, scientific engineering, diagnostics, communications and other fields.
This is such an interesting role that allows you to work on some cool need ideas. You will be proud of your involvement when new products are being launched that change the industry.
To be successful in this role, this company tends to look at inventive mindsets. They normally identify this by people's hobbies, which are normally technical, complex or problem solving in nature. So please note your hobbies on your CV.
You will also hold a degree from a leading university in electronics, engineering or another subject that focused you on electronics design. If you also hold a PhD, it would be useful but not essential.
Following university, you will ideally have entered into industry, where you would have successfully developed complex electronics technologies. If you have also been in a role that involved meeting with clients or presenting ideas on a regular basis, this will be ideal.
