Our client have been providing an excellent recruitment service to their clients in IT since 1998. They work for some of most innovative names within the Telecommunications, Digital Media, Broadcast, Semiconductor and IT sectors.
Currently they employ 40 consultants in offices within the home counties and London. 90% of the work is contract therefore there is a HOT DESK REQUIREMENT for a Perm Desk/Division
Due to expansion, this company is seeking a Senior Consultant/ Team Lead / Director who works within a Perm Technical Digital vertical (Dev Ops/ Banking etc) . Working alongside 16 employees in the London office, you will be developing a new IT Recruitment team in London within their established office space.
What this role will look like?
Working in delightful office surroundings, you will have COMPLETE AUTONOMY to grow your desk/ team. Initially, you will be working on your roles 360, however there is budget/ space to grow this team to 5 immediately if you so desire.
Within a year you could be hands-off if you so choose, directing and managing your own company/team with equity in the business that you have grown. Alternatively, if you want to make as much money as possible then you could work the desk 360 - the company is primarily contract therefore there is a variety of roles that you could work on already.
