Job Title: Senior Digital Product Owner
Salary: £42,500 - £63,500 depending on skills and experience + benefits + annual bonus

As Senior Digital Product Owner, you will play a key role in supportingdigital deliveryby being a single point of contact between the team and the business, ensuring you understand each business areas unique needs.
Some of your other accountabilities will include;
*Creating and maintaining the product vision, roadmap and work load throughout projects lifecycle.
*Discussing and identify expectations and pain points with business users
*Developing and communicating the vision of the product being developed.
*Translating the expectations and preferences of the end user into User Stories.
*Defining the goals of Sprints and Releases.
*Keeping in regular contact with business users and sponsors to provide feedback on progress and clarify business priorities.
*Contributing to change management processes, evaluating changes requests and measure benefits against budget.
*Collaborating with Business Analysts and Delivery Leads, coordinating project schedules, budgets and resources.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working in Agile teams and has a solid understanding of the industry and the digital requirements of the customer. You’ll have a background of developing product requirements/user stores based on insights gathered from a variety of different sources, as well as the capability to analyse and design business processes and business cases and identify when changes to digital services will impact these processes. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential, and you’ll not be afraid to challenge the norm, encouraging the team and business to think outside the box in order to solve problems. You’ll be innovative, creative and organised with a methodical approach to work, but more importantly you’ll have a passion for customers and all things digital as well as the ability to operate efficiently within a fast-paced matrix team environment.
