Senior Digital Product Owner

An incredibly innovative FinTech based in the heart of Manchester with massive growth plans is on the search for a Senior Product Digital Owner to manage a financial product in its entirety and look at all the digital touch points. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering quality user experience and product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align product backlog with strategic roadmap 
  • Manage stakeholder input and align with product goals
  • Gather and specify high level requirements and collaboratively write into user stories
  • Prioritise and manage the backlog of change through agile scrum team leadership and scrum ceremony participation
  • Ensure constant stream of customer centric optimisation
  • Ensure constant investment in the software stack
  • Give scrum team vision of product direction and encourage team ownership in delivery
  • Define KPIs and measure success
  • Manage business readiness for change
  • Mentor junior product owners

Experience and Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Quick learner with a high level of attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Multi-tasking and time management
  • Agile / Kanban / Scrum methodology
  • Certified product owner
  • User story writing and wireframing/prototyping
  • Technical or analyst background beneficial
