McCann Bristol is looking for a Senior Digital Media Manager to drive all of the agency’s digital marketing activity across all clients. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual who has a true passion for digital and understands the fast paced, multiple client handling aspects of such a role.They will also be influential in growing display media revenue.

Key requirements

  • In depth understanding of all digital platforms and emerging opportunities
  • Experience in creating and developing digital strategies and media plans
  • Sound understanding of paid search, social and display
  • Capable of overseeing and delivering in depth reporting and analysis
  • Exceed client expectations in managing client campaigns, writing communications, proposals and reports
  • Experience in pitching for new business
  • Working knowledge of adserving and trafficking processes (Double Click)
  • Experience in delivering digital brand campaigns and direct response campaigns
  • Concern for and a superb attention to detail
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Educated to degree level
  • An appreciation of working with different teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering digital client strategies, proposals and presentations
  • Digital media planning and buying across display, mobile, social and PPC
  • Set-up and implement digital campaigns on different platforms
  • Use Double Click to traffic and report on campaign performance
  • Developing, implementing and reporting on the success of the digital strategy
  • Managing client relationships
  • Training junior team members and colleagues on digital media
  • Preparing and delivering new business pitches
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Develop new digital opportunities and manage existing processes
  • Collaborate with media owners to develop new cutting edge digital campaigns
  • Stay up to speed with latest digital/social marketing trends


  • Marketing degree
  • 3 years' digital marketing experience
  • Experience working in an agency
  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Fluent in at least one other main European language


£30,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
