Role: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

: London, – fully home working until June/July. Then likely 2 days from office
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (based on experience) plus benefits.

They also partner with a wealth of businesses, driving visitors to their sites and digital platforms, and are about to embark on creating a range of new ecommerce services, all of which you will oversee.

The Role

This is a very broad digital marketing position. Working across acquisition through paid and organic channels, as well as conversion optimisation across all digital channels and their interactions with offline ones too. Plus customer retention.

So you could summarise this as being a ‘growth’ role, since you’re owning everything cradle to grave of the customer in digital channels.

The team supporting you includes an analyst, SEO and content, as well as an Apps team and Customer Marketing function.

The direct team is made up of 5, with an additional 3 in the customer marketing team who flex their support as projects demand.

The measures of success will be growth of metrics over time, e.g. driving visits to sites and apps, as well as ecommerce capability and revenues being delivered through their partner’s digital stores.

Key Experience Necessary

  • Broad digital background covering traffic generation, conversion and ecommerce
  • Experience from either private sector or not for profit both welcome
  • Ability to demonstrate results – principally how your efforts have impacted on a firm’s traffic volumes, conversion metrics and commercial results
  • Previous line management of teams from 3-5+ people
  • Self-starter – able to get in and get stuff done
  • Good knowledge of testing and experimentation methodologies – i.e. how to design and run them
  • Solid mix of digital, marketing, SEO/SEA and social media

Must be able to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
