SENIOR DIGITAL ANALYST / WEB ANALYST
We are searching for an experienced Senior Digital Analyst / Web Analyst to join this exciting marketing agency based on client site in Hampshire.
This role forms part of a specialist onsite team, consisting of marketers, content specialists, data planners and account management all situated within the client's own marketing function. You will work collaboratively with the client to improve website customer experience and retention, identify trends on website user behaviours and digital campaign performance.
Your role is to deliver valuable web reporting and insights around a range of digital campaigns including content, digital journeys and search, making recommendations to client stakeholders, which inform future marketing strategies.
Additionally, there is also the opportunity to learn SQL in order to extract and manipulate offline data in order to provide a holistic view of the customer overall. So we are looking for someone who is interested in doing this, and who can lead a more junior member of staff also, and really take the strategic lead in delivering value from digital data.
Ultimately, we need to find the right cultural fit for the client and someone who has a credible background in web analytics; any additional experience in broader digital analysis or offline data analysis would be hugely beneficial, but is not an essential requirement.
Technically this role employs Google Analytics, so experience with this tool is essential, plus exposure to Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager would be beneficial.
A great opportunity for a lively digital analyst to gain valuable client facing experience, with one of the UK's most recognisable brand names; therefore, offering exposure to vast amounts of customer and marketing data and exposure to some influential stakeholders.
