Sopra Steria Recruitment are working with one of the largest and most recognisable UK brands in the search for a Senior Digital Content Editor to be based out of a brand new digital hub in Reading.
Are you passionate about digital content? Do you consider yourself to have SEO expertise? Are you experienced in content scheduling, production and publishing activities?
If you can answer yes to the above, this could be the role for you!
Within this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day activities of the Digital Content Editors including content scheduling, production and publishing. This will include making sure that all published content maintains a focus on brand, legal, compliance and editorial standards and style guidelines.
You’ll be heavily involved in implementing the content requirements of the digital services strategy, enabling you to develop content plans that ultimately deliver service improvements.
You’ll also have an opportunity to work with the wider digital services, marketing, optimisation and analytics teams to improve the overall quality of content and digital services.
Alongside this, you’ll manage the development, production and delivery of all digital content. It’s a fast-paced but rewarding role, where you’ll have valued input and control over the digital content throughout the organisation.

- Experience working in a similar Digital Content role, ideally within a large/complex organisation.
- Good understanding of SEO for content
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, or similar tool.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, as well as Content Management Systems (CMS)
- You should be up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the digital and content space.
