One of the South West's most prestigious employers are looking for a content/UX specialist on a contractual basis until Jan/February 2018. This is a really unique role covering content, project management, and UX/UI.
What you'll be doing
You will be sitting in the content team, but working very closely with 2 UX specialists. This is an internal and external role in that for the internally facing elements you will be ensuring that the CMS is fully functioning and is easy to use for this organisation's content producers. The external side is all about usability, CRO, and supporting the customer journey as well as the conversion funnels. You will therefore be acting as an ambassador for channel owners as well as representing the customer's voice through user testing online and through shopper surveys/interviews. You will also work with the product and project management teams to support and make recommendations to UX proposals.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Understanding of digital content principles and best practice
- UX and UI experience
- Project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Understanding of the customer journey and conversion funnels
