Part of a growing Web Analytics team, you'll be reporting and analysing Digital Analytics data to help William Hill understand customer journeys from acquisition channels. You will focus on traffic from SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Social and Online Media, as well as non-customer direct traffic. You'll be their voice to implement change and ideas within our business and contribute to marketing decisions.
We'd like to see some experience with Adobe Analytics, although if you have a real flair for gaming and only know google analytics, we won't hold this against you.
You'll be helping the business use real-life customer data to make better marketing decisions and create better and more profitable customer experiences. You'll define conversion funnels and map customer journeys to find areas of customer struggle. Then put in place A/B tests and targeted promotions to maximise customer enjoyment.
This is a high profile role with excellent potential to showcase your skills and demonstrate the value you add to the business. You'll work with Data Scientists, CRM Analysts, Product Owners and senior stakeholders. You'll also be at the heart of cross-department initiative to make sure our customers not only have the best experience with us, but an individual and personalised experience too.
