£320 - £400 a day
Short Term Contract

A Global Digital Agency is looking for a Senior Analyst to start as soon as possible based in their London office for a short-term contract. The company specialises in creating digital services and products to clients and they are looking for a Senior Analyst to work within the Media, Search and Analytics team and will be responsible for the measurement and tracking of medium to large scale client engagements. The successful candidate will also use data to provide data driven insights.

Role of a Senior Analyst

- Coordinate and quality assure the implementation of digital media and website tracking with a focus on new and emerging channels (mobile, video etc)
- Data analysis and insight generation
- Pull and manipulate data from various reporting tools i.e Omniture, Webtrends, Google Analytics, DART
- Working knowledge of advanced tools and techniques to show value across client engagements including test design, customer value/ROI and behavioural targeting
- Interpreting results and providing recommendations/reports with the use of Excel/Tableau
- Apply various quantitative methods to analyse and interpret information from multiple data sources along with strategic thinking to insightfully analyse business problems
- Develop analytic plans and make recommendations to measure performance of websites and cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Define KPI's and tracking requirements based on user experience/wideframes/site designs and create an initial framework for measuring effectiveness
- Mentoring/providing oversights to Junior Analysts
- Supporting multiple projects simultaneously within fashion and automobiles for example

Requirements of a Senior Analyst

- Experience in marketing, advertising, management consulting with a focus on analytics
- Proven experience with website analytic tools i.e Webtrends, Omniture, Google Analytics
- Experience of other digital solutions would be desirable i.e Buzz monitoring, MVT, mobile
- Highly proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau (to create dashboards)
- Tagging experience i.e Google Tag Manager
- Some experience with SQL, SAS and/or SPSS would be a bonus but not essential
- Stakeholder Management and overseeing/advising analysts
- Strategic thinker - identifying key business opportunities and challenges
