This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, detailed and proactive Senior Account Manager to join one of Liverpool's top digital agencies to work across multiple client accounts. You should be business savvy and commercially minded whilst maintaining a customer centric approach. You should be able to self-motivate and take ownership of increasing revenue on your accounts, whilst developing the customer relationship to ensure client loyalty and build trust. You will be a positive, consultative team-player who delivers results through careful management of both tasks and relationships to ensure effective, clear communication and on time delivery of projects.
You must have:
*Demonstrable experience in a Digital Account Management role
*Experience of working on design & build projects using enterprise CMS's for medium to large brands
*Passionate about digital transformation and exploring new ways for clients to gain competitive advantage using digital
*Referenceable experience in stakeholder and commercial management
*Ability to build rapport with key decision makers
*Track record of winning, retaining and expanding key accounts
*Demonstrate leadership, contributing in a collaborative manner, helping others to solve problems
*Comfortable with supporting new business pitches, producing proposals and contributing to bid submissions
*Well organised and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
*Self-motivated, taking personal ownership over all activities
*Excellent communications skills; ability to inspire others
