We have a new and exciting opportunity for a SeniorDesktop Support Engineer to join our ground breaking, leading technology company based in Hatfield (near North London) during an exciting time of our company's game changing development.

As the successful SeniorDesktop Support Engineer you will boast experience within a 2nd line desktop service support role, mentoring and guiding junior members of staff, paired with fantastic customer service skills.

**This role requires flexibility to work a 4-on/4-off day & night shift pattern**

Key skills needed for the Senior Desktop Engineer:

  • Proven commercial experience within a 2nd line desktop service support role
  • Experience of working to SLA's as well as creating clear expectations to the customer
  • Technical skill with Windows 7/8 and Mac OS X
  • Ability to provide support on Citrix based clients.
  • A strong understanding of & experience within a network infrastructure
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • The ability to guide and mentor junior support engineers

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 + shift allowance and excellent benefits! (Dependant on experience)
