£45,000-£60,000 + Pension Scheme + Performance based salary increase

Excellent opportunity for a Design engineer with previous manufacturing experience to join a market-leading company working within a range of Industries, offering an excellent salary in an autonomous role and technically challenging role.

Essentially a family run business this company are invested in projects across the United Kingdom, supplying a range of high end clients. They are expanding year on year, going from strength to strength with plans for increased growth and productivity within their market and plans for exciting new projects. They now require a senior Design Engineer to head a busy and friendly team in order to help them grow as a business.

In this role you fulfil a key position as Design Engineer, heading up a wide variety of exciting new projects, whilst providing general layouts and fabrication drawings using SolidWorks. You will be liaising with customers throughout the design, manufacture and install process of bespoke products whilst overseeing your peers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Design engineer, working on products prior to the manufacturing phase.

The role:
- Day to day project management for a range of clientele.
- Provide detailed arrangements, layouts and fabrication drawings using SolidWorks
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Liaising with customers

The person:
- Previous design for manufacture experience
- Previous design experience with SolidWorks
