Carry out design reviews and assessments on pressure equipment within a team of industry experts
Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulation development
Utilising a variety of software, finite element analysis and calculations
Advising customers on all issues including pricing and project time scales
Managing contract and customer expectations
Issuing final certification
Advice on issues relating to designs
Build and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Interest in the industry and
HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline
Substantial knowledge of pressure systems (pressure vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, pipework etc)
Understanding of current legal and design regulation (PED, PSSR, ASME, EN13445 and other design sections)
Problem solver; resilient and tenacious, using your experience to get the job done
Excited by a challenge and willing to rise to overcome obstacles
