Role: Senior Delivery Consultant

Reporting to: Head of Resourcing and Operations

Location: Flexible, Swindon/London

Salary: Dependant upon experience

This is a key position in the company with the primary responsibility for the careful development and management of the Alium Partners talent pool and delivery process. The Senior Delivery Consultant will work very closely with the Consultants on the delivery of their assignments. The role of an Alium Partners Deliver Consultant is to act as the primary point of contact for Alium’s interim population, ensuring a professional and high touch service is delivered.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Assignment Management

  • To be able to take a brief from a client in a Consultants absence and also receive a detailed brief from a consultant, understanding the important questions to ask and clarify
  • Conducting searches and short-listing candidates for specific roles
  • Briefing Candidates on potential assignments
  • Conducting credible interviews, utilising Aliums internal Resourcing Model
  • Keeping Candidates informed of assignment progress

Candidate Management

  • Interim update calls & emails to ensure that we are providing a high touch service to our interim population
  • Creating and maintaining candidate records to ensure that the information recorded is accurate, including attribute coding the interim population
  • Assessing new registration candidates, ensuring this is done within the deadlines set
  • Creating a talent pool for each of our key accounts and ensuring that these are regularly in communication
  • Conducting competence based interviews with candidates to understand their skills, experience and style
  • Attend Interim networking events as and when required

General

  • Client company research for Consultants
  • Creating and maintaining company and client contact
  • Producing statistics on RDB data (e.g. candidate pools)
  • Any other duties required in a Resource capacity which enables the smooth running of the company
