A leading Integrated Marketing and Tech Consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Customer Strategy Consultant to join their Campaigning and Customer Strategy division.
The position will contribute to the continuous growth of the wider integrated customer strategy group. You will motivate and drive internal teams and inspire clients to deliver outstanding work that achieves results and delivers amazing customer experiences.
You will have solid experience of understanding client’s strategic business needs, while working across different internal teams (including, Insight, Data, Campaign and Technology) to define and implement relevant (CRM, Customer Experience and Customer Value Management) solutions, which meet clients budgets and expectations.
You will need to be equal parts data, tech and creative and have strong communication skills, as you will be delivering innovative proposals and working with key stakeholders
- Experience delivering customer strategy and planning projects, driving analysis, briefs and test plans
- Strong experience in CRM/CVM/CX strategies
- Segmentation experience
- Consultancy/agency background
- Evidence of being commercial and results focused
- Experience delivering motivational pitches and proposals
