Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator - New Homes Sector

Our client is a respected 5* residential developer who take great pride in producing an exceptional product and delivering outstanding levels of service to homebuyers.

They are looking for an experienced New Homes Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator who will be based in their office in Staines. You’ll provide the Company’s customers with an efficient, accurate and responsive customer service by receiving customer communications and co-ordinating contractors and internal customer service staff to ensure all issues raised are monitored and satisfactorily resolved, through the 2-year warranty period and beyond in accordance with the commitments to exceptional service.

You’ll liaise with purchasers, contractors, maintenance team, suppliers and NHBC to ensure that remedial issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner within the agreed timescales and relevant KPI’s. As the Senior Co-ordinator you’ll be responsible for managing and leading the CS Co-ordinators to ensure internal KPI’s are met with regards to rectification timescales. You will manage department diaries and arrange appointments for service calls, raise instructions and defects notices via the customer service database to Contractors, Suppliers and Site Managers and monitor and report the progress of works. You’ll be responsible for ordering materials via the Buying Department or directly with suppliers and log incoming invoices and tie-up with contra-charge notices.

Suitable applicants will have experience in this or a similar customer service role within the house building sector, be self-motivated and result orientated and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Strong communication skills are essential coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on multiple cases at any one time. You’ll be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience of working with in-house databases.


Monday to Thursday - 8.30 to 5.15

Friday - 8.30 to 4.00
