The Commercial Division of SF Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator
Based in Lougborough, our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their existing team.
You`ll be joining a small team of Customer Service Advisors, providing guidance and overseeing the team.
They are looking for someone who has strong communication skills who can remain calm under pressure.
- Ensure the team maintain the highest level of professionalism and service at all times
- Taking orders from customers and processing orders
- Arranging deliveries, ensuring dates and addresses correspond with customer requirements.
- Dealing with adjustments
- Escalating and manage customer complaints
- Working closely with other departments
- General admin support
- Excellent people skills and ability to manage effectively
- A passion for delivering excellent customer care and service
- Approachable, friendly and positive
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent telephone manner and be able to organise effectively
- Must have strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience within an office based customer service capacity
Salary: £20,000pa - £24,000pa
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 17.30pm and 10am - 18.30pm
