Motability is looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors to provide a unique, supportive and individual service to its clients. You will finish work each day knowing you have made a difference to their customers.
The calls can be an assortment of enquiries and circumstances and our Customer Service Advisors provide a personalised and individual response.
You will need to understand how the client is feeling, instantly understand the situation and be able to think of how best to help the customer.
You will enjoy being an independent thinker who is creative with ideas to provide solutions and happy to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Motability are looking for highly motivated customer service advisors who would flourish in an environment where you can work independently delivering help and support to its customers in a calm, sympathetic way whilst meeting their needs.
Successful candidates will have a clear and articulate telephone manner with customer service experience, not necessarily gained in a call centre environment.

Hours of work are standard office hours (38 per week) with one Saturday morning in three from 9am to 1pm
