Working for this friendly organisation in North Bristol, our client, a very well-established and dynamic organisation, is looking to recruit a number of new customer-focussed, hardworking and reliable individuals to join their well-established team.
The role involves taking inbound calls from existing customers and helping them with their queries.
Empathy, excellent listening skills and a calm and friendly approach are essential for the job .
A strong customer- service background is required along with evidence of experience in resolving customers' concerns in a caring and understanding manner.
38 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
Salary £24,126 + excellent benefits
