The ideal candidate will be very data lead and have hands on experience with setting up complex campaigns - both automated drip campaigns and reactive campaigns.
Key duties include:
- Develop the contact strategy by identifying opportunities and targeting segments
- Build and implement triggered campaigns across target customer, existing customers and lapsed customers.
- Measure and make recommendations on the communication strategy
- Manage CRM data and ESP systems for email marketing purposes
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure activity is commercially viable.
- Deliver and improve customer retention
- Drive margin growth through communications
- Improve customer engagement.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven experience in managing stakeholders
- Experience working with ESP's and setting up automated campaigns
- A min of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing
