We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join an established Data team and work closely with a highly-regarded in-house customer marketing team. This role will drive data-informed decision-making across the department and play a pivotal part in an upcoming data-project.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse & understand customer data to share trends and insight

- From large data sources, use analytical tools to uncover meaningful insight and share with the wider team

- Report regularly on performance and highlight areas of improvement

- Continually aim to optimise reporting methodologies and dashboards

- Champion new data tool as part of a wider Data related project across the business

- Create models that can forecast trends and understand customer behaviour

- Identify areas of weakness and potential growth across channels and share with necessary stakeholders

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior Data/Analytics role (ideally 5+)

- Experience working for a business with large data set preferably from an eCommerce/Retail background however this is not essential

- Hands-on experience with GDS, Tableau & Power BI

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively at varying levels
